Shanghai Irege Machinery Co., Ltd was founded by a group of professors and experts in road construction machinery industry in 1998 as Xian Hongda Communications Technology Co., Ltd. It is the earliest high-tech company that focuses on independent R&D in road construction equipment in China.

In 1999, design and manufacture 160 tph asphalt plant.
In 2002, design and manufacture the first unit of asphalt milling machine.
In 2015, manufacture the first unit of mobile soil amelioration machine.
